Van Buren Varsity Baseball got off to a hot start versus Fostoria, tallying 5 runs in the first two innings. The Black Knights pulled ahead with a 6 run 3rd inning. Leading the way for Van Buren was Will Rampe and Alex Homan, each with 2 hits, 2 RBI's, followed by Brady Lance with 2 hits and 3 RBI. Also collecting hits were Finn Martin, Jacob Harrington, Isaac Bowen, Carson Cripple and Blake Stutzman. Caleb Mason notched his first win of the young season giving up 5 earned runs in 4 innings. Van Buren will head to Murfreesboro, TN for a spring break trip with games on April 2, 3 and 4.
