VAN BUREN 28 ADA 14 ADA– Van Buren came out of the 3-0 showdown victorious, defeating Ada 28-14 on the road for a BVC victory. Haiden Orr (166 yards) and Cooper Hanna (145 yards) each tallied two touchdowns for the Black Knights. Caleb Mason added 63 yards on the ground. Ada’s Blake Zoladz went 16-for-25, throwing for 165 yards, and running in a 6-yard QB keeper for a touchdown. Aidin Brown ended with 7 receptions for 79 yards, and Kolton Dysert had 4 catches for 45 yards. Dysert also notched a rushing TD, with 11 carries for 53 yards. Van Buren, 4-0 for the first time since its undefeated 1989 season, travels to Arcadia (1-3) on Friday, as the 3-1 Bulldogs travel to Lima Perry to take on the Commodores.
